Singing & Performance
For several years now I have been working with students of all ages and levels to improve their skills; my motivation being not only their individual progress, but especially helping them create their own musical identity while not neglecting to widen their horizons. Do you want to improve your singing and performance skills and learn to interpret a song your very own way? Our voice is our oldest instrument and needs to be treated with a lot of care. Learn how to use the right technique and explore the various sounds you can create.
Additionally to teaching at several music schools (Rock Central, t’Iemenschoer) and providing workshops (NAXT, videovirus), I also offer private lessons in Rotterdam (Oude Noorden).
Songwriting
Songwriting is a wonderful way of sharing feelings, a true handcraft, that is fun and challenging at the same time. In the private lessons that I teach in Rotterdam, I focus on your personal interest. Are you stuck with the lyrics? Looking for a good chorus? Generally interested in the process of creating a new piece of music?
During all coaching sessions it is possible to record your music; an efficient way for you to become aware of your performance.
